Merton Shale video intelligence
Merton Shale — v0

Evidence-backed video intelligence

Merton Shale extracts structured, confidence-scored information from video. Baseball hitting & pitching mechanics is the first narrow wedge of a domain-agnostic platform. v0 is intentionally honest: it shows you exactly what it can and cannot measure.

What v0 does

  • Create a baseball project, register a video (uploaded/ingested via the Merton Compute daemon), and run a hitting or pitching analysis.
  • Submit processing to your Windows PC daemon through the shared Supabase / compute job layer — without opening the Compute dashboard.
  • View extracted frames, an honest phase timeline, proxy metrics with caveats, and export structured JSON.
  • Mark key frames and phases manually — the manual-review layer makes v0 useful today, before real CV accuracy exists.
Honesty contract
Every metric, timeline, and observation carries a confidence level and caveats. v0 makes no professional-grade biomechanical or scouting claims, never diagnoses injury, and never predicts future success. When a runtime dependency (ffmpeg / SAM) is missing, you see a setup-required state — never fake success.
